“What follows is a long overdue note of gratitude regarding your outstanding, expert, repair of my slashed left forearm early in the morning of November 1, 2018. I have shared this story many times with family, friends, and associates, some time ago, so it is high time that I pen this short revisit to my carelessness of the previous evening. The deep cut was sustained when I stumbled in my kitchen late the previous evening and snagged by forearm on the sharp edge of a partially open kitchen drawer. As it was late (10:00 p.m.) and I was somewhat traumatized by the site of this long gash and copious amounts of blood leaking out, I decided not to go to the E.R. and instead wrapped up the arm and struggled off to bed. By morning I had decided to opt out of the E.R. and take a chance on blithely coming to your office at 8:00 a.m., without any appointment or warning to your staff. I fully expected to get kicked out. Instead I found an immediate outflowing of kindness, concern, and reassurance that all would be well. My own business is in the hospitality industry, so I am acutely aware of the sometimes seemingly “small” demonstrations of kindness that become life memories for others. And of course, the real kicker here was the moment when you appeared, took a brief glance at my poor arm, and announced, “no problem”. Wow! Not a moment one ever forgets. My scar has almost disappeared already. For a layman, this is some sort of miracle. So, thank you, (underestimated) and your FAB staff who quickly marshalled their forces and seemed to appear out of the woodwork, exuding perfection in every way in their duties. Mere words seem a bit inadequate here, but the gratitude will endear forever. Many, many thanks again!”

You have a way about you that makes your clients feel safe, a complete trust in any of your actions. You have a light that shines from and around you, sometimes almost child like in a very good way, maybe it is the love of your craft, but I think it comes from your beautiful soul.
