COVID-19 – Office Opening
Sasaki Advanced Aesthetic Medical Center and InnoVessence Skin Care Center
We hope that you and your loved ones have been safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Sasaki Advanced Aesthetic Medical Center is partially open for business at this time.
For the safety and well-being of our patients and employees, we will adhering to the strict COVID guidelines prepared by the California Department of Public Health, Pasadena Department of Public Health, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHSA).
This starts with making your appointment when you will be asked a few screening questions. All patients will be scheduled in order to provide minimum wait times as well as to accommodate the appropriate number of people in the reception area at any given time.
Upon parking in our adjacent structure, please call the office so that we can advise you when to enter the building and take the elevator up to the office. We ask that you wear a face covering upon arrival to the office. We shall also ask you up-to-date screening questions and take your forehead temperature with a no-touch thermal scanning thermometer. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office.
Our reception space will no longer offer magazines since they are difficult to clean and disinfect. The staff will be using N95 masks, face-shields, and protective gloves during examinations and treatments. Plexiglass barriers have been strategically placed throughout the office as well as air purifiers against viruses, bacteria, and aerosol contaminants. Our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has been upgraded for increased safety. Our COVID protocol includes wiping down the treatment rooms, chairs, counters, door-handles, phones, pens, etc. with an anti-viral disinfectant after each patient. Similar anti-viral protocols apply for usage of designated restrooms.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any question you may have about the steps we have taken to keep you and every patient safe in our practice. If you order products from our SkinCare Center, they can either be mailed to you or delivered at curbside by one of our staff (please park on Fairmount Avenue in front of building. (Please note that due to the COVID-19 virus all product sales are final.)
